• Foundations: Concrete, pad type or bolted. Constrado and reinforced raft or ring beam designs where necessary.
• Frames: Painted with two coats of red oxide or galvanised.
• Purlins and rails: Pressure treated timber or galvanised 'Z' steel.
• Cladding: Big Six fibre cement, PVC or polyester-coated galvanised steel in box or corrugated profile, Ventair or Yorkshire boarding.
• Insulation: Glass fibre with C.F. insulation or metal lining panels, Celotex boards on galvanised T. Bars, composite panels to the current insulation values.
• Roof ventilation: Closed or ventilated crowns, open apron ridges or open protected ridges.
• Roof lights: Single or double skin if required.
• Rainwater goods: PVC, fibre cement or galvanised pressed steel.
• Doors: Roller Shutter, sliding, sliding folding, sheeted doors and gates. Pre-stressed reinforced concrete wall panels: for livestock, silage or grain
